You can’t get much cuter than an adorable little scruffy rat tailed Appaloosa with their big ol bums and tiny little tails. My family raised foundation appaloosas and had some pretty incredible little scruffy spotted beauties in their herd over the years. A nice done up show horse is wonderful but something about the unkempt (and nearly impossible to wrangle) hair just is so endearing. So, I had to create a venti variation that appy lovers can swoon over!
 
With all of the charm of the Tater line, Ruffles is a little more blue collar but still as ready and able to work as any of his siblings. Imagine his cute little butt in a driving set up! Ahh! Or with a little kiddo on his back in the pasture! Don’t be afraid to get er done with this boy just like his brother.
 
The name Ruffles comes from those delicious wavy potato chips that carry all that extra flavor in their creases like some sort of magic trick. I have to admit, Ruffles’ ruffleiness really does pack him with extra flavor too, so it fits!
