Shipping is generally included in the purchase price unless otherwise noted (To USA and Canada) International purchases will list additional cost.

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit. I pack my pieces carefully and do my best to ensure they arrive safely to their destination. Should an item arrive damaged, please email me at khrysalisstudios@gmail.com with photographs of the damage. Buyer must notify me within a week of receiving the item if there is damage or the return will not be possible.

Once the package leaves my hands there is nothing I can do to control the time it takes to arrive or the state in which it arrives. I do everything in my power to make sure your item is securely packaged in many layers of protection. If there is any issue please contact me RIGHT AWAY so I can get it resolved for you.
